Bosse Events has a no refund policy for all ticket purchases, except in the case of an event cancellation. If an event is canceled, Bosse Events will refund the full amount of the ticket purchase price to the original purchaser. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation. No other refunds or exchanges will be provided via our website. Currently the only refunds for ticket sales that are available are through the event ticketing site Quicket.co.za.
