With a core team of dedicated full-time staff and a diverse group of 180 part-time professionals, we offer everything from meticulous on-site event management to creative team-building solutions and full-service corporate event planning. Founder and Managing Director, Operations
Catherine is the founder and driving force behind Bosse Events. She oversees operations, strategy, and delivery across all events, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to execution. With a strong background in event planning, staffing, and logistics, she leads the team with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for detail. Catherine is deeply involved in client relationships, quality control, and building systems that allow the business to scale without losing its personal touch.
Myushka Naidoo
Senior Event Planner
Myushka manages the planning and coordination of events from start to finish. She works closely with clients to translate briefs into well-structured, on-the-ground plans, handling timelines, suppliers, and event flow. Known for her calm approach and strong organisational skills, she ensures every detail is covered and every event runs as planned. She plays a key role in keeping projects on track and clients confident throughout the process.
Geela DeGouveia
Decor and Set Up Specialist
Geela leads all decor styling, installations, and on-site setups. She is responsible for bringing visual concepts to life, from backdrops and layouts to full venue transformations. Her focus is on precision, consistency, and finish, ensuring every space looks polished and aligned with the event brief. Geela works closely with the planning team to ensure decor supports both the look and functionality of each event.
Wiseman Cwala
Master of Ceremonies and Production Manager
Wiseman manages event production and serves as MC across a wide range of events. He oversees technical elements, stage flow, run sheets, and live coordination on the day. As an MC, he brings energy, clarity, and control to events, keeping audiences engaged while ensuring the program runs on time. His production experience allows him to anticipate challenges and manage them seamlessly in real time.

Bosse Events plans, staffs and supplies an extensive variety of events, including corporate events, team builds, social gatherings, and many more exciting events. We have a specialized focus for creating an event with innovative, unique and memorable ideas and atmospheres that not only reflect our clients’ but also the Bosse events team and our optimised work ethic.
Our pricing depends on the type and size of your event, as well as the range of services you need. We offer a selection of flexible packages designed to suit different budgets and requirements. Our payment terms for an event are a 70% deposit with the balance being due a week prior to the start of the event.
Initial Consultation: We’ll begin with a conversation to learn about your event goals, expectations, and specific needs.
Customized Proposal: Following our discussion, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal that outlines our services and pricing tailored to your event.
T&C’s Agreement: Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll finalize the T & C’s with you and move forward together.
Event Planning: With everything confirmed, we’ll handle the planning process—from securing the venue and booking vendors and finding staff to creating a comprehensive event timeline.
Event Management: On the event day, we’ll oversee all logistics and coordinate with vendors and our staff to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Post-Event Debrief: After the event, we’ll reconnect to review how everything went and gather your feedback.
